Grey & Sage Is Growing: Our New Wellington Salon

Two years ago, Grey & Sage Salon opened its doors in Wellington, Florida, with a dream and an incredible amount of intention.

We didn’t simply want to open another hair salon. We wanted to create something beautiful, welcoming, elevated, and truly special—a space where luxury meets heart and where every guest feels genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

As we celebrate our two-year anniversary, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for everything these first two years have brought us.

And now, we finally get to share the next chapter of Grey & Sage.

In September 2026, Grey & Sage Salon will officially move into a brand-new space twice the size of our current salon, located in the same plaza, just a few doors down from where we are today.

A Dream That Grew Faster Than We Imagined

From the beginning, every detail of Grey & Sage has been intentional.

From the atmosphere we’ve created to the stylists we’ve brought onto our team, our goal has always been to create a salon experience that feels different.

We wanted exceptional hair and elevated service without losing the warmth and personal connection that make a salon feel like home.

Over the past two years, we’ve watched that vision become something even more beautiful than we could have imagined.

We’ve welcomed guests from Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, and communities throughout Palm Beach County. We’ve celebrated major hair transformations, first-time extension clients, new blondes, dimensional brunettes, big chops, healthy-hair journeys, weddings, birthdays, new jobs, new babies, and countless everyday moments in between.

Our guests have trusted us with their hair and, in so many cases, become part of the Grey & Sage family.

And because of your love, your trust, and your support, we have outgrown our space.

That’s something we will never take for granted.

Grey & Sage Salon Is Expanding in Wellington, Florida

When we realized it was time for Grey & Sage to grow, it was incredibly important to us that we remain close to the community that helped us get here.

We found the perfect opportunity without having to leave home.

Our new Wellington hair salon is being built right here in our existing plaza—just a few doors down from our current location—and will be approximately twice the size.

That means our longtime guests won’t have to learn a new part of town or travel somewhere completely different for their appointments.

You’ll simply have a little more room to find us.

A lot more room, actually.

Surprising Our Team

We knew an announcement this meaningful deserved more than simply posting a picture of a construction site.

So while our new salon was still very much a work in progress, we brought our team into the unfinished space during one of our monthly meetings.

And we surprised them with champagne—because, of course, there had to be champagne. 🥂 check out the suprise here

Standing together in that space was one of those unforgettable moments that reminds you just how special the journey really is.

Around us were walls, construction materials, and a salon that hadn’t quite become a salon yet.

But we could already see it.

We could imagine the stations filled with our stylists. Guests walking through the doors. Color being mixed. Extensions being installed. Blowouts being finished. Conversations and laughter filling the room.

It was a true full-circle moment.

More Than a Bigger Hair Salon

Of course, we’re excited about having more space.

But this expansion means much more to us than additional square footage.

It gives us the opportunity to continue building something meaningful, elevated, and special for the guests who believed in us from the very beginning—and for all of the guests we haven’t met yet.

Our new salon will allow us to continue growing our team and creating an even better experience for clients looking for hair color, balayage, blonding, dimensional color, hair extensions, customized haircuts, blowouts, and luxury salon services in Wellington and Palm Beach County.

But bigger doesn’t mean we’re changing what got us here.

Quite the opposite.

Every detail of this next chapter is being created with the same intention, beauty, and heart that Grey & Sage Salon was founded on.
